The DeepScape gallery connects deep-sky objects with real landscapes. Nebulae, galaxies, and star fields are not presented in isolation, but placed in direct relation to their geographic context – such as islands, coastlines, distinct rock formations, or other native structures.
Foreground and sky are captured in separate imaging sequences, using the same optical setup, and combined in a way that reflects how the scene is experienced on site. The goal is to preserve natural spatial depth and create a credible connection between landscape and night sky.
The images were captured under dark-sky conditions in various regions, including Indonesia, Tenerife, and other selected locations.
DeepScape represents a transition between classic night-sky photography and deep-sky astrophotography – images that guide the viewer from the visible night sky towards deeper astronomical structures.
