
A geomagnetic storm, triggered by a solar eruption, led to strong northern lights on March 3, 2024, which could be clearly seen even in the middle of Tromsø despite the light pollution. These multicolored auroras were briefly observed directly from our hotel, Ishavshotel Tromsø
